Cancellation Policy

•   At time of reservation for Bed and Breakfast stay, a minumum of one night deposit is required.  Cancellations require a 14-day notification by phone for a full refund.  If less than 14-day notice is given and the room(s) can not be filled, or a new reservation is not made, a one night fee will be charged per room.

. At time of reservation for whole lodge facility rental, a 30% deposit must be made.  Cancellations require a 14-day notification by phone for a full refund.  If less that 14-day notice is given and the facility or it's rooms can not be filled, or a new reservation is not made, the deposit will be forfeited.

A bookkeeping fee of $25 will be added to all canceled reservations.

Damage deposit

.   A damage deposit of $75 for room rental or a damage deposit of $400 for facility rental is required.  Damage deposits are fully refundable within (7) days if no damage is done beyond normal wear and tear.  If damage is beyond deposit, full cost of repair is required.

Note:  Spa products and oils are not allowed because they damage bedding and towels.

Cleaning fee  for whole lodge rentals only

.   A cleaning fee of $75 dollars will be charged for whole lodge facility rentals if unwashed dishes are not placed in the dishwasher and laundry is not removed from beds and the towels placed in tubs or shower. In addition, all trash must be placed in receptacles outside.  Rooms must be locked and keys returned or placed in return box.

Children: 

.   Please check with Superior Gateway Lodge about children as guests. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for safety of children in party.

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Quiet time 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
